BRAKES - TMK-X and TMS –X NEW SERIES

Deserti Meccanica, combining technology and innovation in a new product concept serie, creates two new sets of electromagnetic brackes, derivated from the TMK and TMS Series and implementing high efficiency of permanent magnets technology.

The new concept of electromagnetic circuit, that is present in the brake body, is properly designed in order to obtain combined torque from the natural magnets and electromagnetic components, and giving the following advantages :

For equivalent brake moment, new technology permits an evident electromagnetic material and relative circuit size reduction with consequent active parts saving, obtaining less electrical consumption and less heating.

For equivalent electromagnets dimension, new technology permits the usage of stronger springs with consequent higher brake moment.

For equivalent brake moment and equivalent electromagnets dimension, this new brake generation gives more stability in case of evident Power Supply fluctuation (till 50%), and in case of big gap width consumption (more than 50% of maximum value).

This specific magnets design permits a strong noise and vibration reduction, obtaining this new generation brake extremely silent .
